Modison Metals Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to a request received from Mr. Prakash
Chandra Modi, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009 approved of Mr. Prakash Chandra Modi ceasing to be a promoter of the Company.
All future filing with the Exchange will classify the holding of Mr. Prakash Chandra Modi holding 41,95,100 Equity Shares of the Company (12.93% of the total shareholding of the Company) as part of the Public Shareholding. With Mr. Prakash Chandra Modi ceasing to be the promoter of the Company, the Promoters' Shareholding of the Company now stand reduced to 63.05% of the total shareholding of the Company.
